1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vexr (.vexr.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Eligibility & Verification

Vexr provides free subdomains for developers. To access our services, you must authenticate using your GitHub account and star our designated repository (github.com/nerkoux/vexr.dev). We reserve the right to verify star status at any time.

3. Subdomain Ownership & Policy

Subdomains are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You do not own the subdomain; rather, you are granted a license to configure DNS records for it. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or delete any subdomain at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

Phishing, malware, spamming, or hosting illegal content.
Inactive domains with no DNS records or traffic.
Infringing on registered trademarks or reserved names.
Misuse of DNS records (including mail spam via MX records).

4. Acceptable DNS Use

You may configure A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, and MX records. You are solely responsible for all traffic and content served under your subdomain.

Important Notice regarding Mail Services: Subdomains under vexr.dev cannot receive emails directly because mail services do not support third-party subdomains. Any attempt to use MX records to run unsolicited mail campaigns or send spam will result in immediate termination of your subdomain.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vexr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, loss of data, or damages arising from the use or termination of your subdomain.
